We are the first dairy on the Isle of Lewis aiming to provide hand-made Artisan cheese using quality ingredients including milk from our own goats. We aim to provide locally produced cheeses to complement the growing number of local ingredients available within the Outer Hebrides.

Our premises and products are checked and approved by our local Environmental Health Department.

We have worked closely with Environmental Health from the begining for the setup of the dairy and hygiene levels, so we know we are on the right track!

All our products have been tested and will carry our identification number for UK tracibility back to us.
