A' Chàise Bheag is the Gaelic for "The Little Cheese" which is what we've always called it!
This is a creamy textured fresh cheese made from full fat pasteurized cow's milk. It has a slightly acid, almost citrus flavour and is lightly salted.
A' Chàise Bheag can be enjoyed with crackers or oatcakes, eaten with fresh fruit or honey, and is ideal for making cheesecakes and quiches or for dicing and adding to a salad.
Our Little Cheese is supplied in a small round with a minimum weight of 225 grams.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening.
